I have not been called with my trigger time and I am supposed to take it tonight. If you have not heard from a nurse by 6:30pm, use the 'Urgent after hours' form above to contact Dr Agarwal.
Medication was lost while preparing Ovidrel or Decapeptyl injection Take whatever dose is available and call the clinic the next day. If the clinic is closed: 1. Collect from Bendigo UFS Pharmacy, 63-65 Bridge Street, Bendigo, 3550. If after hours you can collect at Bendigo UFS Pharmacy, 209 View Street, Bendigo. Open 24 hours a day. Please bring your Ovidrel or Decapeptyl (or your treatment instructions) with you. 2. Administer as close to the allocated time as possible

I have insufficient FSH (eg. Gonal F) for my next dose Take whatever dose is available and call the clinic the next day. If the clinic is closed: 1. I am spotting on the pill Spotting on the pill is not uncommon.
I am bleeding prior to my day 16 pregnancy test whilst using progesterone medication. Continue taking your progesterone medication.
I am spotting after a positive pregnancy test Contact your IVF nurse when the clinic opens. Continue taking your medications.
I am having moderate to heavy bleeding after positive pregnancy test If you are concerned, go to your local emergency department. Contact your IVF nurse when the clinic opens.
Before egg pick up – mild to moderate abdominal pain/discomfort. Mild to moderate abdominal pain/discomfort is normal prior to an egg collection. Paracetemol and codeine can be taken to help relieve pain.
Before egg pick up – severe pain. Present to your local emergency department. Contact our clinic/your IVF nurse when available.
After egg pick up – severe pain Present to your local emergency department. Contact our clinic/your IVF nurse when available.
Heavy, bright bleeding post egg pick up. A small amount of bleeding is normal. If bleeding is heavy, present to your local emergency department.
Vomiting (unable to keep fluids down) after an egg collection If you are concerned, go to your local emergency department. Contact our clinic/your IVF nurse when available.
Result not obtained on same day for blood test or ultrasound. If on medication, continue on same dosages until you contact the clinic on the next day.
Can I contact my IVF Nurse on the weekend? The Monash IVF nursing team work on a Saturday and are available by phone from 1-2pm on 03 9429 9188. The rostered nurses will be able to assist you with your enquiry.
